Privacy and terms of order

Privacy

When you send an enquiry, Aggie uses your name and contact details only to reply and to fulfil your order. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time by emailing Aggie.

Orders and deposits

Celebration orders are confirmed when the deposit is paid. Deposits are non-refundable within seven days of the order date, because ingredients are bought and time is reserved for your cake.

Allergens

It is the customer's responsibility to tell Aggie about any allergy when ordering and to check the label before eating. See allergens & food safety.

Trade terms

Trade customers receive separate written terms covering prices, delivery days, payment terms and notice periods.
